I do? I've been getting my car serviced at this location for almost 2 years before the Items were stolen.
I brought my VW Passat to get serviced at the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. I usually leave my 2 Ipods in a case under my seat and the adapter plugged in. Even though I made a mental note to remove these items before I dropped off my car I failed to. I picked up my car and didn't realize until a few days later that the 2 Ipods and adapter were missing. My friends say there is no point in bringing this to the managements attention since I most likely signed away that they are not responsible for valuables. There was no reason for the service tech to look under the seat. It was only due for an oil change. What can I do?

While you have probably signed away all your rights, do give a description of the items to the garage manager. If he sees an employee carrying these around he could ask them to hand them in, If there are identifying marks or particular music on there, he may be able to check these for you.
You can't use the garage but they may be able to help you to make sure you keep coming back to them
