More likely not. Emails don't take up very much space at all,unless you have like 5,000+ That may be a GB but it is less likely. Also stuff like Facebook/Twitter/Myspace and etc. Does not take very much space unless you actually download something from those websites such as videos and photos, which overtime of downloading like 15 photos a day will wear you down. But as far as it seems you should have no problems with exceeding your limit. About those apps,it really depends on that one. As long as you don't download big apps occasionally or don't have 20 apps loading 200 megabytes each or some crazy amount like that,then all together you can have an awesome phone.
I suggest maybe limiting yourself to a certain amount of apps while only having/getting apps that are really what you necessarily need or want. Don't go overboard on yourself!
