Is a Droid Incredible really worth $100 more than the Motorola Droid?

[QUOTE="joeeattaboy, post: 2197745, member: 281120"] Yes, it is worth the extra hundred bones. I own the Google Nexus One, which is the 'cousin" to the Incredible. They're both made by HTC and their hardware is very similar. The Incredible has a 1 GHz Qualcomm "Snapdragon" processor. This chip is about double the speed of the one in the Droid. The Incredible also has an 8 MP camera with a LCD flash (the camera in my Nexus is 5 MP by comparison). I know the images my Nexus takes are really great, so I can imagine what they look like on the Incredible. Those two differences along justify the price difference. I owned a T-Mobile G1 before the Nexus. Both are Android phones, and both are excellent. But the performance difference in the Nexus just blew the G1 out of the water. Same is likely true with Droid vs Incredible. As for your web site, they look legit, and that's a pretty good deal if you're on a contract. I hate contracts myself, and would rather pay full price for a phone and not be tied down (which is exactly what I have with T-Mobile on all three phones on my account). But that's a good deal.
