If I were to have a small gas-powered motor put on my bike so that it ran via engine, would it be legal in the state of Texas? I'm not talking about putting it on the highway, just small streets. I can have a friend's dad do it, but I don't want for it to end up being illegal and $150 down the drain. It only goes to 20 mph.
