Is a high beam indicator light hard to change?

Is a high beam indicator light hard to change? I just tried to get the car inspected an hour ago. I did a lot of work on it. You can see this by my past questions. Now just because of a stupid indicator light in the dashboard it fails the inspection. Anyone know if the bulb is hard to change? And could it be something else like a loose wire or even a fuse?
