my mother has gotten a new iphone 4 from telus as a replacement for my brothers old phone but he ended up buying another one. she said she'd send it to me but im with bell and would like to replace my phone with this one. so, if an iphone has never had a sim in it is it still locked to the carrier? I don't think telus would unlock it if it is as she has canceled my brothers telus account and set him up with bell with is new phone.
