Is Aniplex going to make Ao No Exorcist into English?

Or, is FUNimation planning on make it into an English version? If not, does anyone know where I can download good quality videos in the MP4 format?
 
Aniplex USA has the distribution rights here. And they've opted for a sub only release. It's cheaper and with the current state of our anime industry it's the better for them. Unless they change their mind at some point in the future, a dub is not happening.
