sit for 4 1/2 minutes? I mean how could she hold her heavy weight for so long and there was a light medicine ball on her too.
 
No I am not personally shocked because I do feel that anyone can do anything they want. And she wants to loose weight and she is working as hard as she can and she is doing a very good job.
