...Warners Road Runner Cable Internet? I'm in the Cleveland area and I have notice really slow internet speeds in the last 48-72hrs. I went from downloads speeds of 800kbs/s Down 60kbs up to 200kbs down 40kbs up. Speed checks on speakeasy have confirmed this. I also see on DSL reports people inerie PA and areas East of Cleveland are reporting similar caps.
