Is Celebrity Rehab on VH1 partly fake?

It does look real. It doesn't seem over the top either like most VH1 reality shows.
 
Well Dr Drew runs a real Rehabilitation Center in Hollywood and I doubt he would be involved with a " fake " show.
He is a Hollywood Dr. and they are not like normal Dr's , they require a lot of TV time and makeup along with there treatment.
Of course nobody out there is really normal it seems. They all seem to live to get on TV out there. It's like a disease or something ! LOL
I think the show is about as real as it gets on VH1....
