I'm a beginner at cosplaying and I want to know if I really need to have contact lenses to match the eye color of the character that I want to cosplay as.
I wouldn't worry about that too much unless the eye color is a characteristic that is important to the character.. but the point of cosplaying is to look close to them as possible, so you should probably get them if you can.
