i got my septum peirced on my own (parents dont kno) and i wanna keep it clean. i saw your supposed to use sea salt but i dont have any 
) they say anti bacterial soap helps and i wanna kno if i can just use dish soap (it says it gets rid of bacteria on your hands...is that the same as anti bacterial?) idk im 15 have no money and cant exactly go up to my mom and ask for something to clean my septum since she was against it all along. please no negitive comments
