if i download movies and i have the divx converter. Would i be able to burn the movies and watch them on my ps3 when i convert them with the divx converter?
 
If you want to watch movies on your PS3, best to convert to MP4 because not all divx movies are compatible with the PS3 due to their coding.

You can use a free MP4 converter like PSPvideo9, it was designed for the PSP but the PS3 uses the same type of file format.
