...bananas, and apples healthy? I need to lose a good amount of weight in 2 and a half weeks, and I will be running about a mile a day every day for those 2 and a half weeks (hopefully more by the end of it), and I will be tanning a lot, almost every day. (no tanning is not healthy, but it makes you sweat, and if u sweat, then i believe ur burning calories, at least making the sweat). But If all i drank was fresh strawberry smoothies and water, and only eating celery bananas, and apples would I be getting the proper nutrition i need?
