Is Fedex Kinko's self service a waste of money?

I was at Fedex today and needed to print something. The LAZY employees told me to go to the SELF-SERVICE area. I went and it said 45 cents per minute. I did not mind since I know I could print quick. It took over 5 minutes for everything to load. What's funny is that the time kept going even though the system froze. I ended paying $5 for something that only cost $2!

Anyone else had this experience with Fedex?
