Is HTC Status keyboard reliable? Or is the Blackberry Torch 9810 keyboard better?

I need help on this. I have the HTC it's a real awesome phone. I just don't know how long the keyboard or performance would last. I really don't care too much about all the Android apps, as long as I have twitter and facebook Im good. I just need a fast reliable, nice looking, good keyboard texting phone. Thanks.
