Is iphone 2g better than nokia 5730?

I have a iphone 2g with software update 3.1.3 , so is it better than the nokia 5730 express music.

personally i wouldn't buy a phone that has to go back to the manufacturer if it needs a new battery so IMHO the Nokia is better. i've got a 5800.
