is it annoying to have too many flashbacks? how many are too many?

ok so im writing a book where this girl was raped by her abusive boyfriend. Plus she was involved in a car crash which was the death of her brother. she was very traumatized and had to go live with her aunt and two cousins. anyway her traumatizing past lead her to have many flashbacks. for example she has the same conversation with this guy that she had with her brother right before his death. also when she gets in a fight with her cousin and she slaps her she remembers her abusive bf. Anyway how many flashbacks are too many?
