I am 8 weeks along and unsure. I had an odd feeling that maybe I shouldn't eat them because they may have chemicals in them but I haven't a clue. I plan on asking my OB/GYN but my next appointment isn't until next week.I just eat them as a snack in between meals, my OB/GYN said I need more protein so that's one of the main reasons I am wanting to eat them.
