I had bells palsy 18 months ago. Recently i have had alot of sinus trouble tingling and poping and cracking in my nose, i have woken up today and it feels like someone punched me in the cheek. And also the left side of my face feels diffrent, sort of heavy and less responsive if i blink both eyes it feels ok but if brink them seperatly the left definatly feels diffrent.
Last time i had bells palsy it felt like a ear infection but my ears are ok this time. I dont want to go to the docs yet in case its not, what do you think?
