Is it Biblical for the Holy Spirit to make you shake, or laugh, or jump around?

Okay so I would appreciate this to only be answered by real Christians who actually read the Bible, pray, and seek the Lord since I am asking for a biblical perspective on this. Preferably people who are in denominations that practice this, and those who came out of this background. I came out of a Pentecostal background and I can say that out of the hundreds of times that I twisted and shimmy-ed that only two to four times did I actually have a tangible experience and even now I question if it was really from God because the Lord says to test the Spirits where they come from. Those few specific times where it did happen It was like my soul wanted to praise God even more and one of those times I felt a heat come down over my head. So can anyone tell me more about their experiences and what conclusions they drew from them and from the Scriptures. Also if you do practice this, I feel that everything God does has a purpose. What is the purpose of the Holy Spirit shaking us or making us laugh or materializing gold dust or diamonds or angel feathers and so on and so fourth. Please have scriptural backing for this otherwise don't answer.
lol okay... to the comment below that said the God can only visit us one at a time and only for 30 sec. How do figure that if God is unlimited and omnipresent lol. That makes no sense. The Bible also teaches us the that Christ promises to live in us, that the Holy Spirit dwells in each that truly believe and follow. God is always with us and always watching. what you said is not biblical and Wrong.
