Is It Confusing To Watch More Than One Animes At A Time?

Well right now im watching Naruto Shippuuden ep 60, while im trying to catch up, would it be confusing if started watching FMA also?? as I have been wanting to watch it in a while. And by the way I don't mean literally at one time, I mean more like alongside (im sure you'll get what im saying)
