In Los Angeles, daily I hear trash talk from Hispanic males because I am dating a Latina and daily I hear some of the nastiest stereotypes about Indian guys, when I try to "make a big deal out of it", my "progressive" friends say "chill out it is only a joke!".I thought big cities like Los Angeles were supposed to be more progressive and stuff!? Like aren't they too good for this "racism" thing?</blockquote>
