is it illegal to change my husbands email and facebook password without him knowing?

we are currently getting a divorce and he has pictures in his account with him making out with other girls and other sexual stuff . . . . so i want to get all the pics and stuff off of there!?! can i get in trouble for that?
hes been cheatin the whole 5 years we were together and the proof is in his emails. im not worried about him and what hes doin now. . . im not gonna be with someone that hits me or my kids! hes a pos. i dont want the divorce to look like its all my fault whenever we have 4 kids together thats what im worried about

and now she is already EX she just changed those inforemation again

No, it's not illegal. But it will be obvious it's you and it can be used against you in conference with lawyers, in divorce or in family court.

I could understand you wanting to get the pictures off of Facebook if you were in them, but if they are pictures of other girls, why should you care?

Changing your husband's Facebook password without his knowledge, is a violation of Facebook's Terms of Service (TOS) agreement, and you could loose both your's and his Facebook pages.

That is not illegal, but will probably cause more tension during your divorce. I would say the best course of action is to just let it go, after all you are getting divorced so you should not care as much about what he is up to.

1) Don't Its not against the law but it is sad and desperate
2) move on
3) start going out and getting a life
4) don't be so jealous
5) take pics like that too
6) he's only having fun, you should do the same
7) if you that green with envy maybe you still care for him & still want him
8) Talk to him about it
10) changing his password will not stop him from moving on or finding someone eals
