I have a learners permit that says I can only drive if someone over 21 is in the passenger seat, but is that only good in Mississippi? Would I still be legal driving to Virginia with my grandmother in the passenger seat? Or are learner's permits only good in the state you got them in? And also is it true their bringing back the intermediate licenses? Thanks ahead of time!
