[QUOTE="Jake1, post: 2708305, member: 206985"] continue to interrupt your hunt? I hunt in Northeast MS on my own property passed down to me by my grandfather and Ihave a constant problem with these assholes who intentionally run their dogs out of season. I would like to know if it is legal to shoot their dogs when they run them when it's not dog season? This is during DEER season to clear things up for those of you who want to tell me there is no season for hunting dogs. No DUH. If you know nothing about hunting or are too ignorant to understand the question then please take your ignorance elsewhere. All I want to know is if it is legal to kiil these dogs when they're being used out of season. Thank you Keep in mind that this is a small town in Mississippi. Everyone that lives here are like family, icluding the law enforcement. And also, it is pretty hard to chase thses dogs down who are trained to track deer. So even if I gave calling the law a shot, the dogs will be long gone by the time they arrived. I live 2 hours away from the land incase you're wondering if I tie into this small town family.
