No NO nO NO, it is up to the ex-wife to let her family spend time with the kids when she has the children, its not his place to do so when he has them. That is wrong and messed up. My husband has a ex wife with 3 kids the whole nine and we don't do that, we spend time with the kids and his family when we have them and she spends time with the kids and her family when she has them.
