is it ok to cut off relationship with a borderline mother?

i am 31 years old and have a borderline mother who constant puts me down, play mind games, getting angry and causing chaos, i have a younger sister who is her favourite, but she also moved out. Should i cut her off and get my sister to look after her?
 
If a relationship is not mutually beneficial it's best to break it off.
