[QUOTE="lablover1, post: 2497346, member: 854629"] I have two labs and my family has decided to go on a BIG family and friend vacation to Jamaica. Normally when we go on a vacation my grandparents will watch the dogs but since they are going with us and so are my aunt and uncle there is nobody to watch the dogs (well my great-grandmother but she cant handle it) so we are thinking about boarding them (my grandmother and grandfather will be boarding their 2 dogs with us as will my aunt and uncle. we found this place near our home that is called Rainy Day Farm it includes: Spacious pens w/ their own outdoor runs so they don't have to come in contact with other dogs heated floors (don't think they will need in June but always nice to have) My dogs will be in the same pen together. I like the fact that they can go outside to eliminate whenever they please and can play outdoors whenever without seeing other dogs. Do you think this sounds like a good place? also, i know they need special shots, what are they? what should i bring with them? bed, blanket, leashes, toys (i know i need to take food and bowls) etc? is this good idea and will they be okay? for more information on the Kennel go to http://www.rainydayfarm.com/kennel.htm PS. i cant cancel this trip because 1) i have already committed to it 2) its a family reunion so people i haven't seen for a while are counting on me to come and i have already told my best friend and her parents we will be going so they can come too.
