Is it possible for my me to overfeed my kitten?

I have 2 new kittens and the male kitten acts like he never gets enough to eat. I have to clean his litter box 3-4 times a day. So I wonder could I be overfeeding him. I feed him 3 or 4 times a day. Is this normal or could there be a problem?
 
I hope he doesn't have worms.
I also have a kitten and all she does is eats.
Try getting some kitten food at a pet store.
