Is it possible to be immortal via future technology?

I heard you can get implants for nearly all organs. So I figure by the time I'm 60 and need them, they'll have them perfected and I can just transplant the ones I need. As new technology emerges, I'll implement it and the longer I live the better they get at making me live longer. I'll become iconic as the worlds oldest man by far.

I am guessing that yes it is possible. I have thought about this awhile and I think immortality will happen. But a person will lose their identity when the brain transplant happens. I don't think we will ever being able to salvage a person's own identity with a brain transplant.
