I prefer to drive it over any modern car today, no matter how luxurious.

somewhere in the future i would like to buy 2 Acura legends, a 4 doors and a 2 door. They'll be old at least 14 years old, but they'll always look nice. These Days. Its rare to find one under 100k miles. Which is why i was wondering, can i keep repairing them so long as the parts are available? or will it reach a certain number of miles where it will just permanently die? And how long will acura continue to manufacture compatible replacement parts for the legend? i fear one day that i will have 2 legends sitting in my garage, needing parts that are no longer manufactured or even found! Oh, what a sad day that would be. =(

You could try to continuously repair it, but you will need to take breaks for eating, sleeping and the restroom.

You can maintain and repair any vehicle you desire. Even if the unibody fails, you can replace that, too. It really becomes a matter of how much it costs compared to moving on to a different vehicle entirely. As far as your parts availability question, you will not run out of parts within the life of your car. There are always used or aftermarket parts when new OEM are not available.
