is it possible to find out details about message retrieval on telus mobility?

I'm needing to give my boss a record of something I had on a msg rtrvl and I can't seem to find the source of it. So if anyone out there can tell me how to access that information after I've received my bill it would be awfully helpful!
 
If you are talking about voicemail then the bill only shows that you dialed and connected to the vm system. No other info is available if you deleted the message after you listened to it.
