Is it possible to get a flat tummy in 2 weeks?

Okay im a girl, htirtene in july ( i mixed up my age so i wont get baned )
im 60kg, and my height is 153cm. I'm a vegetarian on monday - friday, so I only eat on saturdays and sundays.
i go to the gym on tuesdays and to circuit (spin bikes, and exercise machines) i do swimming on sundays and i go out a lot.
I have a little bulge and my thighs are a bit fat.
I really think i should lose about 10 kilos but not in two weeks.
i just want to know what i can do to get a flat tummy, so i can relax and stop being self conscious!
anyway
also please tell me how long and what i can do to lose 10 kg .

well, its been there since the middle of last year
i was really skinny before then but its not much
 
it depends on how thick and old your fat is. if you've had that bulge all your life it will eventually go away but with a long time. abdominal fat is difficult because that is the first storing place for your body, that is the first fat that you'll always put back on. when you remove fat from your arms, the next time you eat you won't put it back, but your belly is the favorite fat pocket so it just keeps coming back. imagine that you're trying to empty a pool, on one side you take water out with a bucket, on the other someone side is putting it back with a glass. you will win, but it will take longer.
so, no, not in 2 weeks. you need to do abs for a long time. and not just crunches, you need to do a lot of stretching of your abdominal muscles too.
