Is it possible to get more load on my Nokia phone even if im in America?

so i got a nokia phone from the philippines. it's a nokia 3110. i can only get P60 of load. my family tried to load me all text 20, but it won't work. is it possible to get more load on it? i just can't imagine it not possible..thanks =)

I don't think those special 24 unlimited text stuff work overseas. It's a long story, but in a nutshell, they count as promos that they just keep extending for financial benefit. And there are conditions for those promos.

If real load works,stick with that. I advise having your family send you a card instead. Like the P300 cards.
