Is it possible to replace the DVD drive with a Blu-Ray drive in a Xbox ?

I would like to replace the dvd drive in my Xbox with a blu-ray internal drive .
Would there be problems reading the Xbox games ?
Will Blu-Ray discs be able to play after installation ?
