I am completely new to smoking and took down some suggestions from the weber website. They suggest all kinds of pairings between different woods and meats. What surprised me was that they said you can use seaweed. Has anyone done this? And what form? I can go buy nori at the asian market.
Also... I've only used charcoal... can I just mix charcoal, wood, and throw some seaweed in there? Is there any problem mixing up things like this?
