I was thinking of (for vacation and for research for my book), me and my parents, plus my BFF could go to Rhode Island (where I was born) so my mom could visit her family and me, my dad, and my BFF (and maybe my mom) could go into the Naval base. Me and my BFF Lilly are OBSESSED with NCIS, and I'm obsessed with the Navy, it's kind of weird because you don't normally see girls obsessed with guns and serving your country/being on ships. : ) But I was wondering, would we be allowed to go into the base, not to anything top secret but ya know just see it, I know they have museums but that's not the same, or could we go into the NCIS building? My grandparents were in the Navy and my Grandpa died in action, would that allow to see the building (he was on a air craft carrier
