Is it possible to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer using bluetooth?

My Phone has bluetooth but my computer doesn't. What is it that I need in order to get a bluetooth connection. Is it possible to be bought at a place like bestbuy?
 
Yes, assuming both your cell phone and your computer HAVE bluetooth capabilities.
 
You will need the Bluetooth USB adapter or dongle so that you can have a bluetooth connection with your computer.
