Is it possible to use Wi-Fi internet in the public library if your laptop does not

have bluetooth? also, is it possible to use internet at all. i am just wondering
when you bring ur laptop into a public library, to use the wi fi internet, all u have to do is just open ur internet browser right
 
First of all, you must ascertain that there is wifi (be it paying or free) at the public library. Secondly, your laptop should have wifi (either built-in or slot for wifi card)
