A friend of mine went to a bar, got drunk, had sex with a drunk guy and she said she was unable to consent and he violated her and she's threatening to call rape. I'm annoyed by her cause' it's regret not rape. If that's the case, he should be able to go for rape charges to because he was drunk too and unable to consent. And on top if it, she's 44 and acting like she's 20. Does she have a court case?
