Is it REALLY possible to get Waluigi in Super Mario 64? Or is it just a silly rumor?

Everyone keeps saying that it is possible to get Waluigi in Super Mario 64 DS, and that they have him. Others say you can't. IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!! Please help me! I just have to find out if it is real!

Wtf I Found A Rumor That You Have To Get All Coins In Wario's Place then get 107_110 Coins To Get A Shroom Then Kill Chief Chilly Grab The Key While Your Still Giant Then Wait A Few Hours The Go To The Empty Room There Will Be A Waluigi Door P.s. I Don't Know If This Is Real But You Try It!!!
