Today I overheard my co-workers talking badly about one of my friends that works where I do.. But I honestly feel that their opinions are warranted.
My friend never comes to work when she is schedueled. She will just not even show up.. and then management needs to desperately find someone to come in to pick up her mess. On halloween only 2 people showed up to work, which was not good at all.. mY friend was supposed to be there and she didnt' show. She also did not show today. I overheard my co-workers saying,
"They need to do something about her because her poor work ethic and her laziness is pissing everyone off. How can you just not show up for work and claim you cannot work but then an hour later you will walk into the store as a customer? SHe is so lazy! She never does ANYTHING and when she is HERE ALL SHE DOES is complain. I can't take it. No one here can. They should just fire her." I walked in and asked what was going on and they told me and continued to talk about her.
Should I tell my friend?
