Is it safe to blame this recession on America?

I don't mean to blame all americans but i hate them but i mean like the Bush Admin, they;re banking system etc.

Because when the recession started i noticed Spain, Russia and another European country saying it was the American mortgage/credit that started this.
Im not going to say hey it's the Americans fault but take some responsibility.
If it's not them then who? Should we get our pitchforks and torches ready?

Yes, the US had inadequate lending laws which is the reason for the whole problem.

You answered your own question, I am a american and the american people did not ask for this crap, I have to put the blame on all the world leaders for this recession, I think they are all in on it. What a better way to get us all, world wide, to be there slaves.
