is it safe to order a bong off the internet?

it would save me a trip to the head shop....

if I do order it, there is no chance that the police will get involved right?
(it says the site is secure and...the bongs are for "tobacco" so i don't see how they could get involved...)

if there is any chance of that happening i will drop the idea all together so just let me know...

yo man it would probablly be easier to go to a store that sells the bong

It is not illegal to purchase a bong because it can be used for tabacco, even though no one does haha

Buying a bong isn't illegal. Only what you smoke thru it makes it illegal. The cops wouldn't have a legal reason to get lists of orders from the companies that sell bongs.

If it's for "tobacco" then the police won't get involved. Even if they did (which they won't) they can't do anything.

Only real concern is the possibility of the pipe being damaged during shipping.

I would be concerned about the quality of the pipe. Plus, it may get tossed around during shipping and crack if it is not packaged right. Save yourself the hassle and shipping cost and go to the head shop.
