I'm applying for jobs mainly in education, but when I have to fill the application form the send me and ask me what is your sexuality( are you straigt, gay, lesbian, bisexual...?) I get little bit phobic and I can't unswer I'm bisexual. I know that is illegal for companies not to even considered to give a job because the colour, religion, sexual choice... but lets be honest not everybody is open minded and even though they don't tell you to the face you can see it or feel that they have a problem about it.
Hi to everybody some people wrote to me that is illegal to be asked if you are lesbian or gay. I didn't know that is illegal but I received more than 4 or 5 application forms asking me that what was my sexual interest. Should I leave it blank or what. Thank you for your help.
