Is it true apple apps are more than android apps? deciding between a samsung

galaxy 10.1 or a ipad 2?
i dont know if i like apple or droid better because i dont have a droid..


what do you have to have the internet for? just normal internet browing, and video calling? game syou can do without right?

also does it have to be wifi or can i connect through my internet at home?
