I have a single male betta in a 1 gallon tank. It has a filter, and pump. About every week or so, it starts getting cloudy, so I rinse the rocks and items in the tank, and do a full water change. Everywhere I've read says to do a 30% water change weekly. My question is, is it unhealthy for the fish to do a full water change, over a 30% one every week? It seems easier to do, seeing as I rinse the rocks and such, but I in no means would continue if its harmful for the fish. Any advice would be appreciated!
