This is the second time officers have accused me of amphetamine intoxication and had no reason other than I &quot;seem&quot; nervous. Recently they were sued for doing the exact thing to another woman. But her husband was a lawyer. So is making a call resisting arrest if you put yourself in the cop car and were not arrested?By the way this the reason I was arrested for resisting arrest.&nbsp;&nbsp; Its strange right? I could go to jail for a year or have to pay thousands in fines for this. I dont feel like i did anything wrong for demanding a drug test. The reason I called my BF was to make sure they gave me a drug test. The other woman was denied a test.</blockquote>
