I was stopped for not wearing my seat belt. I was literally driving one block i know i was guilty. So I pull over before the officer put his lights on and turned off my car. The reason I was only going one block is because i desperately needed to use the restroom. Because of this the officer insisted i was on drugs. I demanded a drug test and I voluntarily entered his back seat of the police vehicle. I then called my boyfriend but the officer tried to take away my phone. The officer had not yet said he was arresting me. After a very embarrassing ordeal and urinating in my pants a little i finally got to pee in a cup for their drug test and did other sobriety tests. So I did not get charged with the seat belt violation but was charged with resisting arrest. This is a serious charge and in no way was I resisting. My car was towed from a legal parking space even though I had clarified with the officers that it would be picked up. My boyfriend was there with in the hour to get it but it was towed. This is the second time officers have accused me of amphetamine intoxication and had no reason other than I "seem" nervous. Recently they were sued for doing the exact thing to another woman. But her husband was a lawyer. So is making a call resisting arrest if you put yourself in the cop car and were not arrested? By the way this the reason I was arrested for resisting arrest. Its strange right? I could go to jail for a year or have to pay thousands in fines for this. I dont feel like i did anything wrong for demanding a drug test. The reason I called my BF was to make sure they gave me a drug test. The other woman was denied a test.
