Is my 2006 Ford Fusion totaled after rear-ending a truck? Frame?

My car was in an accident yesterday. It rear-ended a stopped truck at 40mph straight on. The hood was peeled back, airbag deployed, whole-nine yards. The passenger door will not open. Is this a possible frame issue? Everything around the radiator was pretty much smashed.

Nobody can answer that question, leave it to your insurance adjuster, he or she will answer your question.
